The Klondike - Skagway, Alaska
The KLONDIKE is the newest and most luxurious hotel in Skagway, the Goldrush Gateway City. Built in 1967, the KLONDIKE is owned and operated by Westours, Inc., Alaska's largest travel organization. Skagway is the northern terminus of the inside Passage run by Westour's Cruise ships, and the Alaska State Ferry System.
Mailed from Ohio to Mrs. Chester Gottfried of Bucyrus, Ohio on July 30, 1973:
Dear Fern & Charles,
I tried to call you last Sunday - Helen said you were at the Tauser reunion. Betty Brown is in California now. Will be home in about 10 day.
Lovingly, Mae
