This building has recently been converted to office suites. They kept the signs, exterior corridors, and clean lines, but changed the name to the "METLO." Sign is now all blue, but still looks great. (see http://denverurbanism.com/tag/broadway-plaza-motel) I have also seen an earlier postcard with the MOTEL letter blocks in multi-colors, probably original 1957.
